RALLYFUEL — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with RallyFuel. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify-powered merchandise store.

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (e.g., new drops, sales, special releases), processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

 

 

SHIPPING METHODS

RallyFuel currently offers standard shipping only within the United States.

Shipping carriers may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination and warehouse availability.

 

 

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Standard shipping typically takes:

  • 5–10 business days (U.S. domestic)

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.

 

 

CARRIER DELAYS

RallyFuel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Peak delivery seasons
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.

 

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

 

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows “delivered,” RallyFuel is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages delivered to the incorrect address due to customer input

You must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

 

 

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not able to:

  • Edit shipping addresses after an order is placed
  • Re-route packages
  • Refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our team will review and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not currently ship:

  • Internationally
  • To P.O. Boxes (depending on carrier restrictions)
  • To freight forwarding companies
  • To unsupported territories
