RALLYFUEL — REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with RallyFuel. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify-powered merchandise store.

 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales made through the RallyFuel Store are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Duplicate orders
  • Delayed delivery by the carrier
  • Items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS — DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY

We will replace an item only if:

  • It arrives damaged,
  • It arrives defective, or
  • You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item
  3. Photos of the packaging
  4. Photos of the shipping label

Send all documentation to:

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacements are subject to product availability.

Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted.

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, RallyFuel is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Misdelivery caused by the carrier or by incorrect address entry

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications after checkout.
All completed orders are final.

 

 

SHIPPING ERRORS CAUSED BY CUSTOMER INPUT

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Delivery to the wrong address due to customer input errors

Orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to incorrect address entry.
